Westwerk Events ApS ("we," "us"), trading as Westwerk Events Premium DJs, protects the personal data of everyone who visits this website or contacts us directly. This site does not use a contact form — if you reach out, it will be by email or phone, and this policy covers how we handle the information you share with us that way.

What We Collect

If you email or call us, we collect what you choose to share with us — typically your name, contact details, and information about the event you're enquiring about. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if a booking goes ahead, to coordinate the event with the relevant DJ.

Legal Basis & Retention

We process this data on the basis of pre-contractual and contractual necessity under Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If your enquiry doesn't result in a booking, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you book a DJ through us, relevant details are kept for 5 years in line with Danish bookkeeping requirements.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, and in many cases have it deleted.
